Delete your 1Click Chat account

1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the 1Click Chat mobile app or at 1click.chat:

1. Open the 1Click Chat app (or go to 1click.chat) and sign in.
2. Tap your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your current password and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the warning. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to privacy@1click.chat from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our live systems:

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password hash, two-factor authentication settings and profile preferences.
• Business data (account owners): your business workspace and everything in it — conversations and messages, contacts and customer records, knowledge base, products and catalog, appointments and orders.
• Connections: connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and others), integrations and their access tokens.
• Devices: the device tokens used to send you push notifications.

4. What data is retained, and for how long

Some data is kept for a limited period after deletion, for legal and security reasons only:

• System backups: may contain your data for up to 2 years. Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are deleted automatically when they expire.
• Billing and invoice records: kept for 10 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
• Security and audit logs: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Anonymous statistics: aggregated figures that cannot identify you may be kept.

5. If you messaged a business that uses 1Click Chat

If you chatted with a business through its website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram or another channel and want your messages deleted, contact that business directly or email privacy@1click.chat.
