What is WhatsApp Business API?

WhatsApp Business API is the official solution that allows medium and large businesses to communicate with their customers automatically and at scale via WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Facebook Business Manager account
• Verified business profile
• Phone number dedicated to WhatsApp
• AIChat account (Professional or higher)

Step 1: Facebook Business Manager

First, create a Business Manager account at business.facebook.com or log in to your existing account.

Step 2: Business Verification

Facebook will request some documents to verify your business. This process usually takes 1-3 business days.

Step 3: AIChat Integration

Go to Integrations > WhatsApp from the AIChat panel and click the "Connect" button. Follow the instructions.

Step 4: Template Messages

Create your WhatsApp template messages and submit them for approval. Approved templates are used to reach customers outside the 24-hour window.
