Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Service Description
Ligazone Bilişim ve Organizasyon Ltd. AI Chatbot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product delivered digitally. There is no physical product delivery. The service becomes instantly accessible digitally upon payment confirmation.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations:
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of your initial subscription without providing any reason. In this case, the amount you paid will be refunded to the payment instrument you used within 14 days following receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services that are instantly performed in electronic media once the performance of the service has begun. Services that have been actively used during the subscription period (chatbot created, conversations conducted) fall within this scope.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the User Dashboard.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the cancellation date.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days; if you resubscribe within this period, your data will be preserved.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your refund request via email to billing@1click.chat.
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the payment instrument you used (credit card, debit card).
- The refund process may take 5-14 business days depending on your bank.
5. Partial Refund
In case of early cancellation of annual subscriptions, a refund for unused months may be issued. Partial refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds do not apply to monthly subscriptions.
6. Service Delivery Terms
Ligazone Bilişim ve Organizasyon Ltd. AI Chatbot is a digital service:
- Delivery method: Digital — your account is activated instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Access: Available 24/7 via web browser.
- Physical delivery: Not applicable. There is no shipping or physical product delivery.
- Service duration: Valid for the duration of the selected subscription plan.
7. Payment Security
All payment transactions are securely processed through the Isbank virtual POS infrastructure with SSL/TLS encryption. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers; payment transactions are processed directly by the bank.
